AFEL focuses on capacity building in areas related to Africa’s economic development, by providing training, workshops, and mentorship programs. We facilitate networking opportunities for participants to engage with industry experts and leaders, hence connecting youth with experienced professionals, which facilitates knowledge transfer, mentorship, and collaboration. This promotes the exchange of ideas, best practices, and innovative approaches to industrialization and infrastructure development.
