Through our programs we offer training, mentorship, and networking opportunities that specifically target empowering young women in their educational and professional pursuits. As women make a considerable percentage of Medium and Small Business owners in Africa, we advocate for the inclusion and enlightenment of women in economic policies. By addressing gender disparities and promoting research on gender-related issues in Africa’s economic development, we encourage critical thinking and analysis of the challenges and opportunities faced by women.
