SDG 10 aims to reduce inequalities within and among countries with emphasizes on the importance of promoting social, economic, and political inclusion for all individuals, irrespective of their background. 

At AFEL, we provide inclusive participation opportunities for African youth, regardless of their gender, ethnicity, or socioeconomic background, by inviting students from diverse universities and disciplines. We ensure equal representation and access to educational and career development opportunities to all with special emphasis on empowering marginalized groups, including women, rural communities, and individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. 

We celebrate individual contributions to Africa’s economic development by showcasing success stories, initiatives, and achievements of participants, regardless of their background, to reinforce the value of diverse perspectives and talents and advocate for equity and social justice in Africa’s economic development. Through research and public awareness campaigns, we highlight the importance of addressing structural inequalities and creating an enabling environment for all individuals to thrive.
